This summer, I'm partnering with Abandoned Pet Rescue to offer a unique opportunity to do exactly that.

You're invited to join me this summer in running with a pawpose. 

They have so many dogs in their shelter who are energized and ready to get outside, and with volunteers that are mostly snowbirds, doggies are readddyyyyy to get outside... so, here's where we come in. Many want to go on walks, and many want to go on runs-- like Benji! 

We know running with a friend - four paws or not! - can make the run feel that much more fun. 

This will be a chance to spend time with shelter dogs, help them get the movement and enrichment they need, and support them on their journey toward finding their forever homes.

Here's the overview:

1. Submit this application and select dog walking under "assignment* 

2. Attend our volunteer orientation (details below)

3. Attend a Supervised walk with Susy on Wednesday, July 1 at 5PM or Sunday, July 5 at 1PM 

4. Sign up to walk with a dog on your schedule!

5. BONUS! After 6 walks, you're eligible to take your dog away from the "walking course" and go for a run in the vicinity! This is great for your short and easy runs
